Most branded merch spends its life in a drawer. Drinkware doesn't. A bottle gets carried to the gym, refilled at the office tap, and left on a desk in full view for eight hours a day. A mug sits next to a laptop through every video call. If you're choosing one category of corporate merch to actually get used, and seen, this is it.

We carry 29 pieces of drinkware across two groups: bottles and tumblers built for carrying drinks around, and cups and mugs built for drinking them at a desk. Here's how to think about which ones fit your team, your event, or your next client gift.

Insulated steel bottles: pick the lid, not just the size

Six of our steel bottles share the same core idea, double or triple-layer insulated steel, with a different lid mechanism depending on how someone actually drinks from it day to day:

  • The 650ml Detachable-Handle Insulated Steel Bottle has a handle that unclips from the lid, so it works as a bag-clip bottle for the commute and a stand-alone bottle at a desk. Triple-layer insulation holds hot drinks for up to 9 hours and cold ones for up to 12.

  • The 500ml Riveted-Handle Insulated Steel Bottle fixes the handle to the cap instead, giving it one permanent clip point for a strap or bag, better suited to a job site than a desk.

  • The 739ml Round-Cap and 600ml Trigger-Cap bottles trade the handle for a simpler screw or trigger lid, in 11 and 3 colourways respectively. The round-cap is the largest capacity in the range.

  • The 600ml Flip-Spout and 500ml Slim-Silhouette bottles are the more office-first options: flip-top drinking without unscrewing anything, and a slimmer body that fits a bag side-pocket or a desk caddy without hogging space.

If your team is mostly desk-based, start with the slim-silhouette or flip-spout. If it's a warehouse, field, or outdoor-event crowd, the riveted-handle or round-cap bottles are built for that kind of carrying. Prefer a mug over a bottle at a desk? The 410ml Slide-Lid Insulated Steel Coffee Mug uses the same insulated steel build in a mug shape.

The recycled coffee grounds range: a sustainability story that isn't just a claim

Ten products in this collection are made from recycled coffee grounds blended with food-grade resin. It's not a printed pattern, it's an actual material made from spent coffee grounds. It shows up as a speckled finish across mugs, tumblers, tasting cups and a coaster:

This is worth leading with if your business has any ESG reporting, sustainability messaging, or a procurement team that asks what a product is actually made from. It's a concrete material fact, not a green label stuck on standard plastic. The coaster is a nice smaller-budget add-on too: it's one of the few branded items that sits on a desk in view all day rather than getting shoved in a drawer.

Steel fits the same story from a different angle. The 1L Tumbler with Handle and Straw is made from recycled stainless steel reclaimed from scrap rather than freshly mined ore, another concrete data point for a procurement file.

Black 400ml ceramic mug with cork base and lid for custom branded desk gifting by Wumble Merch Australia

Desk mugs and cups: built to solve small daily annoyances

The 400ml Cork Base Ceramic Mug exists because ceramic mugs slide on desks and leave heat rings. The cork base grips the surface and takes the heat instead, and the lid keeps a drink warm through a longer meeting than an open mug could manage. At $6.49, it's one of the most affordable items in the whole collection and a strong pick for a bulk onboarding-kit add-on.

The 260ml Travel Coffee Cup takes the opposite approach to most travel cups. Instead of maximising capacity, it's sized to fit a bag that still zips shut, which also means a logo sits on a body compact enough to stay legible rather than getting lost. The 360ml Ceramic Travel Mug and 450ml Ceramic Travel Mug sit in between, giving you a size ladder to match whoever you're gifting.

For outdoor days and events

The 375ml Outdoor Collapsible Silicone Tumbler folds flat to half its height when empty. Made from food-grade silicone and packaged in its own kraft box, it's a genuinely space-saving option for conference swag bags or event packs where every millimetre in a tote counts. The 650ml Bamboo Lid Water Bottle takes a similar visibility argument as the rest of the range (bottles get carried, refilled and left on desks) and gives it a warmer finish with a bamboo lid instead of moulded plastic. The 750ml PLA Retro Cola-Shape Bottle and the 1L Tumbler with Handle and Straw linked above round out the larger-capacity, outdoor-day options.

Choosing quantities and getting it branded

Prices across the collection run from $6.49 (the cork base mug) up to $42.99 (the 1L tumbler), so there's room to mix a hero item for key clients with a lower-cost item for a wider team rollout in the same order. Every item in the range can be branded with your logo. We confirm placement for your order size and send a branded preview before anything goes into production, so you're never guessing what the final piece will look like.

Minimum order quantities vary by product rather than following one fixed number across the whole range, so if you've got a specific headcount or order size in mind, get in touch and we'll confirm exactly what's possible before you commit to anything.
